GENERAL
By commissioning me through VGen, you agree to these terms. They may change over time, but changes won’t affect ongoing orders.PAYMENTS
Full payment is required upfront via VGen. I won’t start the commission until payment is received.REVISIONS
You get 2 free revisions during the sketch phase. Extra changes or major edits after that will cost extra.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Delivery time depends on the project and my queue. I’ll give you an estimated timeframe. Let me know if you need it by a specific date. Rush orders may have a fee. Final files are sent through VGen.USE
Commissions are for personal use only. You can use them for profile pics, banners, etc. No commercial use, selling, or NFT minting without my permission.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I keep the rights to my work. I may post it in my portfolio or on social media unless we agree otherwise. Don’t claim, edit, or resell the art.REFUNDS
I’ll give a full refund only if I can’t finish your commission. If I’ve started, you may get a partial refund depending on progress. No refunds after final delivery.COMMUNICATION
Please reply within 5 days to keep things moving. If I don’t hear back, I may pause or cancel the commission without refund.

  • You must provide a clear DIGITAL reference sheet.

  • Chargebacks will result in consequences such as permanent blacklist & beware or callout post.

  • Complicated designs/lots of accessories may increase your price! (complexity fee)

  • I will be sending wips as i go a long with each commission, please be patient and do not rush me, i only got two hands.

  • Please don’t complain about my prices!
